The revision of the 2011 Standards and Guidelines of Service for the Library of Congress Network of Libraries for the Blind and Physically Handicapped is scheduled for completion in Fall 2017. There have been a number of significant changes in the operation of Network Libraries and in the development and use of new technologies. The revised draft represents a new approach to the Standards and Guidelines for Network Libraries.
