Conference Registration:
Registration is $75 per person for the full conference, with an option for a single day registration for $30. You can register usingthis registration form. The form will also direct you to an online payment portal through PayPal. Please note that the PayPal landing page does say “Donate to Kent District Library”. This wording couldn't be changed, and all registration fees will go to the right account! Also, please add a $2 processing fee for online payments. You are also welcome to pay by check and mail it to:

Hotel Accommodations:
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn under the name “NLS Midlands Regional Conference” for May 15,16, and 17. All rooms are 2 queen beds for 1-4 people at a rate of $150 per night plus applicable taxes and fees. Parking is complimentary. Rooms may be booked by calling 616-235-7611 and referencing the group name or by clicking the link below. Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 12PM.

Field Trip
We do have the opportunity to book at tour of the Grand Rapids Public Museum if there is enough interest. The group rate would be $10 per person. The museum is located right across the street from the hotel and offers many accessible accommodations, including free access to Aira. If interested, please sign up on the registration form.
