| | If the player's serial numbers is below DS1-0064602 or DA1-0024536, then the player may not be able to charge the battery if it is too severely depleated. Remove the battery from the player and place it in a later serial number player that is capable of recharging the battery pack. After about 1/2 hour of charging, remove the battery and return it to the original (low S/N) player. Confirm that the original player can now recharge the battery by forcing a recharge (in Service Level 2) (it is likely that the player will recharge the player without having to initiate a recharge after a few minutes) |
