Massive-scale digitization of books and ambitious cooperative library projects have begun to transform access for users who are print disabled. Much remains to be done, however. Looking back to the start of mass digitization, Mike Furlough will offer a short history of the HathiTrust digital library, its services for users with print disabilities, its legal battles, and prospects for future services.\\

The revision of the 2011 Standards and Guidelines of Service for the Library of Congress Network of Libraries for the Blind and Physically Handicapped is scheduled for completion in Fall 2017. There have been a number of significant changes in the operation of Network Libraries and in the development and use of new technologies. The revised draft represents a new approach to the Standards and Guidelines for Network Libraries.\\
